Biological ZBS sewage treatment plants

Biological ZBS sewage treatment plants, are offered mainly in the compact version. Products are often applied as home sewage treatment plants. They work in the SBR technology which includes the  usage of the sewage treatment portion of the biological technology with active sludge. The lack of the gravitational flow through sewage treatment plants and the dosage of sewers into the biological chamber contributes to increase the degree of the effectiveness of the system and enables much better retention. It is connected with a better buffering of the increased inflow of sewage in the twenty-four hour scale

 

In the systems of the greater bandwidth (from a few to a dozen or so m3) there are applied modules (minimum two-tank), which each of containers fullfills separate functions in. Biological sewage treatment plants of the producer Wobet-Hydret are offered in the base version (ZBS-C) or vertical (ZBS-PC). Small dimensions of devices and the scope of the bandwidth, prefer applying them in the construction one and multi-occupied and in objects of the type of the school, hotels, doctor's surgeries, workplaces etc.  The structure of containers and their endurance enable the installation in different soil-grown-water conditions and are aimed at enabling gravitational leading the sewer to the sewage treatment plant.

Controlling the operation of the sewage treatment plant is carried out automatically, supplemented with modes enabling rationalization of its operation and thus reduction of energy costs. Blowers, solenoid valves, pumps (if present in a given configuration) are controlled. The portion system can only be implemented according to the methods described above.

Biological ZBS-C reactor

Biological reactor of the type ZBS-C, is intended the sewage treatment social and welfare. The structure of the reactor is leaned on one the container made from the polythene of the high density, divided on (in the standard version): the holding chamber and the biological chamber.

 

The work of the sewage treatment plant is held through the technical container. The 1-phase power supply is connected to the box controlling the work of the sewage treatment plant.

 

The following elements are included in an equipment:

  • administering system ( portion dosage of sewers up to the mob. biol),
  • aerating arrangement (equipped with small-vesicular diffusers),
  • the system of the recirculation of sludge,
  • the system  of depumping.

The control of  the sewage treatment plant of the type ZBS, is equipped with the number of functions, enabling to adapt them to individual needs of the customer, eg : choice of the mode (from the level of the basic diet), of holiday mode, MTG meter, etc.

 

Additionally all parameters as well as chosen settings  are supported after the disappearance of power.

Biological ZBS-C/KP reactor

Biological reactor of the type ZBS-C /, also allocated KP is for the sewage treatment social and welfare. The structure of the reactor is leaned against the container made from the polythene of the high density, divided (in the standard version) into: the holding chamber and the biological chamber The control of the sewage treatment plant is held through the technical container. The 1-phase power supply is connected to the box controlling the work of the sewage treatment plant as well as the pump EBARA companies.

 

The following elements are included in the equipment:

  • administering system (portion dosage of sewers up to the mob. biol.),
  • aerating system (equipped with small-vesicular diffusers),
  • the system of the recirculation of the sludge t,
  • the system of depumping.

 

Guidance to the ZBS sewage treatment plant, is equipped with the number of functions, enabling to adapt them to needs of the customer, np: choice of the mode (from the level of the basic diet), of holiday mode, MTG meter, and the like

 

In the biological sewage treatment plant of the type ZBS-C / KP there is installed a pump which replaces the pump station of cleaned sewers. The control of the pump is held through the driver, but it is more extended model, than in standard ZBS.

In enclosed pictures ah, B, C, variants of the assembly of the pump were described in the biological reactor and in the separate container. It is possible to notice, that version (and) ZBS-C/KP integrated with the reactor lets  the small size of bedding of the container finding much, and hence is allocated for investors  which have at their disposal a low area of the area intended for the assembly.

However picture (B) shows the sewage treatment plant in the typical two- tank configuration, that is the ZBS-C reactor and the P60 pump station. An additional tankage of the pump station is an advantage of such a solution. It is connected with a need of the large surface needed for installing the entire system at its allotment.

Biological ZBS-C HDPE reactor from (version dwupłaszczowa)

Biological reactor of the type ZBS-C, is intended to the sewage treatment social and welfare. The structure of the reactor is leaned against the double wall tank (HDPE Z) made from the polythene of the high density, divided (in the standard version) into : the holding chamber and the biological chamber. The control of the sewage treatment plant is held through the technical container.

 

The following elements are included in an equipment:

  • administering system (portione dosage of sewers up to the mob. biol. carried out with EBARA pump)
  • aerating system  (equipped with dyf. small-vesicular),
  • the system of the recirculation of deposit (depending on the model carried out with air-lift pump or with EBARA pump)
  • the system of depumping (carried out with EBARA pump).

 

In the biological ZBS-C HDPE Z sewage treatment plant, there is no need of applying the additional pump station of cleaned sewers. The exception can only constitute the situation, when the dreinage is in the great distance from the sewage treatment plant. If this is the case it is possible  to install the right productivity pump in the sewage treatment plant (one should mark it in the order) or to apply with separate pump station with the equipment of the right parameters).
